The Doctor Aloe Vera is sick

My beautiful Aloe Vera has become sick.

The leaves simply rot at the base, even though the dirt doesn't seem too moist.

I have broken off all bad parts and stop watering at all immediately.

I dried out the big hole in the middle of the plant, with dry paper napkins, and now I'll have to wait and see what happens.

Perhaps I should cut all leaves off, in case of something is rotten there, but I'll check it in the morning and see, if there's more I should do.

Darn!
The plant is no longer alive, it was simply the juices of the plant leaves, that made it seem so.

Unfortunately right now at Christmas, everything is so darn expensive, and the stores are a nightmare of people. So I guess I'm better off waiting for the new year, before I get a new plant.
