So many people have asked of an overview of our farm, so lets have a tiny look at what we're working with here..
When I arrive in the garden the entertainment has arrived.
The black dirt shows, where the pool were during the summer. The grey round concrete us a grill for many people, and chairs and tables are normally "shattered" over the property, where ever we need them.

Our dog, the puppy and even the cat has come to have a look at what the two legged is doing.
All over the garden it's always a little mix of entertainment, relaxation and production. The black dirt shows, where the pool were during the summer. The grey round concrete us a grill for many people, and chairs and tables are normally "shattered" over the property, where ever we need them.
Heres the fruit garden, with apples, pears, plums and some berry bushes.
This is where we work today, since we're planting the Ribes and Blackcurrant bushes, we've made.

On the other side we have a more "pretty" garden with water and goldfish. Totally traditional, but very good for wild life.
Behind all this, there's a greenhouse, miniature greenhouse, a chicken
coop and especially strawberries of my favourite kind. Yummy!
Now let's take a walk to the west side of the farm.
This is my preferred area of the moment. Currently it contains 2 chicken coops, and then just a lot of wild plants and trees.
It's wonderful to have your own are to explore in this way.
As you see, there's a lot of maintenance with trees around the ground, which we use for the fireplace.
Normally
we have a path around the area, but the year has been strange. A lot of
sun, a unusually hot summer, no rain... Nothing eas growing, it was
dying! And it was forbidden to use water for gardens... On top of that, a
huge amount of rain for weeks, and now suddenly Indian summer has
arrived. Fortunately something is growing again, so fast in fact, that
we can't keep the path open.
I
like taking walks there, but with the dogs and the long grass, it's not
a good idea. So I enjoy short trips "in the wild" once in a while.
